YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO RETURN GOODS BOUGHT 14 DAYS AFTER YOU RECEIVE IT. YOU CAN GET FULL REFUND OR EXCHANGE IT FOR SOMETHING ELSE. SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Here you will find all information you need but if you have more questions don't hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our intention is to give you an answer within 24 hours. We ship all international orders with FedEx and all Swedish orders with Postnord. An order being made before 15:00 will be sent the same day. Exceptional cases can appear and will in that case be informed via mail.
Ordering at Meadow is very easy. Just choose the product and size you would like to purchase and click buy. When you are done shopping simply go to the shopping cart. In the shopping cart you can make changes on your orders. If you are satisfied fill in your shipping information and payment- and delivery method. After the order has been handled by us you will receive an order confirmation with the products you order along with your address information. If you would like to make changes on your order after receiving the confirmation please email us.
You are always welcome to visit our store in Malmö. Everything that is in the web store, we have in the store in Malmö.

We use FedEx when shipping to international customers. The delivery time is from 2 - 6 days, and on very few occasions it might take longer. Note that Fedex orders are fully insured by Fedex. After the delivery is picked up by Fed Ex you will get a tracking number so you can see where your package is. Go to www.fedex.com to track your package.
International customers outside the EU (European Union), please note that in some cases you might be subjected to customs, import taxes or brokerage fee when ordering from us, please check with your local customs office for your local rules and regulations.
You can also choose "Pick-up" in the Malmö store. We will pack your goods and you can simply come to the store in Malmö and pick it up when you can. Don't forget a photo-ID when you pick it up.
These are the different freight costs. Remember that we offer free shipping worldwide for orders over 500€ and free shipping within Sweden on all orders over 2500 SEK.

Denmark, Norway, Finland – 100 SEK

Delivery and payment
1. Credit card payment
We accept most major credit or debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex and so on. All payments are made in a highly secure environment for mutual protection against fraud.
We accept payments via PayPal. PayPal is a safe and fast way to transfer money. You need an account on PayPal to do the transfer. When you have clicked "confirm" in the shopping cart you will automatically be linked to PayPal's website, where you do the money transfer. You will get a receipt as soon as the transfer is done. There are no extra fees when paying with PayPal.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item or items to us in their original condition, complete with labels, within 14 days of receipt. You are absolutely not allowed to use the shoe box as postal package when returning shoes. Following satisfactory inspection of your returned items we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt. Shipping costs will not be refunded, and if you simply don't accept or pick up your delivery and it gets shipped back to us, we will deduct this cost from the refund. The refund will be done within 30 days. If you would like a new product it is important you email us so we can put it aside and reserve it for you.

To claim a product please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If possible we will replace the product. If we are unable to replace the product or remedy the fault then we will refund the money. If you can send a photograph of the damage/error this will speed up the process. When we have received the product and approved the claim you will be informed and a new product along with compensation return shipping costs will be sent to you, or we will refund you for the product and the return shipping costs.
Damaged or faulty products must be reported to us within 24 hours after receiving the product.
