Refund Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you’re welcome to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please contact us at team@meadowweb.com before sending anything back.

We’ll provide you with a return shipping label to ensure your package reaches us safely and without customs or import issues.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund once the item has been received and approved.

This process ensures all customs documentation is handled correctly and that your return arrives securely.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Please note:

• Shoeboxes must not be used as outer packaging when returning shoes — always place the shoebox inside another package.

• Returns sent without using our return label or without prior approval will be refused.

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after your return is received and inspected.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
• If an order is not collected or refused and returns to us, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If you would like to exchange an item, please email us atteam@meadowweb.comso we can reserve the new item for you.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 7 working days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Please allow a few extra days for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong product, please contact us at team@meadowweb.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Including a photo of the issue helps us speed up the process.

If the item is deemed faulty or incorrect, we will either:

• Offer a replacement (if available), or
• Provide a full refund including any return shipping costs.
