Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped directly from our store and warehouse in Malmö, Sweden. We pack everything by hand, with love and care (and sometimes fueled by too much coffee).

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do!

We ship almost anywhere on the planet with FedEx — fast, safe, and fully trackable. Just select your country at checkout and you'll see available shipping options and costs.

What shipping options do you offer?

Within Sweden we ship with DHL Freight. For international orders we use FedEx — either Priority (fast & premium) or Economy (slower but a little easier on the wallet).

Do you offer free shipping?

We sure do!

Sweden – Free shipping on orders over 2500 SEK

Europe – Free FedEx shipping on orders over 3000 SEK

United Kingdom - Free shipping on orders over 250 GBP

USA – Free FedEx shipping on orders over 400 USD

Canada - Free Fedex shipping on orders over 575 CAD

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

If you’re ordering from outside the EU, local customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees might apply. These are charged by your local customs office and are beyond our control. Please check with them if you’re unsure.

How do I return something?

Easy — just email us at team@meadowweb.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

We’ll send you a payment link for the return shipping cost. Once that’s paid, we’ll email you a return shipping label.

We highly recommend using our label. It’s by far the safest and smoothest way to make sure your return reaches us — avoiding customs delays or parcels ending up in some far-away pickup point.

How long does a return or refund take?

Returns are processed within 7 working days after we receive them. Refunds to card usually clear within 1–2 days. PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days depending on PayPal’s policy.

Can I return sale items?

Yes, absolutely — as long as the item is unused, in original condition, with tags still attached, and returned within 14 days.

Can I return or exchange in-store?

Of course. Just drop by the store with your item and order details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Reach out to us at team@meadowweb.com as quickly as you can. If we haven’t packed and shipped it yet, we’ll do our best to help.

Will you restock sold out items?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Feel free to email us and ask — or sign up for restock notifications directly on the product page.

Where do your products come from?

We carefully select brands from all over the world — but most of what we stock comes from Japan, Italy, Sweden, and other places where craftsmanship still matters deeply.
