Yes, we do ship worldwide using either FedEx Economy or FedEx Priority.
That's good and all that you use FedEx for international customer. But how about ordering within Sweden; who do you ship with then?
Within Sweden we use DHL Freight, which usually takes 1-2 days.
How long does it take for me to receive a product after I have ordered it?
We have different delivery times, depending on which country you order from. Most countries have a delivery time from 2-6 days. Remember that you can always track your package on www.fedex.com
How long after I order can I expect my package to be sent?
Within 24 hours during weekdays. If you order on Friday afternoon or the weekend the package will be dispatched on Monday.

Sorry, we can't keep track of every nation and local state import law in the world, so you'll have to ask your local customs office those questions.

Yes! We're open Fridays 12:00 - 18:00 and Saturdays 12:00 - 16:00.

I just ordered something during the sale and you usually ship within 24 hours, but now it's been 36 hours. What's up with that?
During sale periods we get super overloaded with orders, and we're just a small company with a couple of people working here, so you might understand that sorting, packing, creating shipping labels etc for 100s of orders might take some extra days. Please be patient and happy that you actually got a great deal on the sale instead :)
