Sweden

All domestic orders within Sweden are shipped with DHL Freight.

Delivery time is normally 1 business day, with the exception of remote locations where delivery may take up to 2 business days.

The shipping cost for domestic orders is a flat rate of 80 SEK.

We offer free shipping on all Swedish orders over 2500 SEK.

International customers

Most destinations are shipped with FedEx, where you can choose between:

Fast & Premium Delivery – the quickest and most reliable option

Economy Delivery – a more affordable option with a slightly longer transit time

For customers in Australia and the United States, we also offer UPS as an additional shipping option.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be shown clearly at checkout.

• Free shipping on orders over 2500 SEK

FedEx Priority: 190 SEK (1 business day)

FedEx Economy: 120 SEK (3–7 business days)


USA


• Free FedEx shipping on orders over 400 USD

FedEx Priority: 20 USD (1–3 business days)

UPS Express Saver: 18 USD (1-2 business days)

Important notice for US customers

Due to the removal of the De Minimis exemption, all shipments inbound to the US will be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival at the destination country, regardless of the parcel’s value.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority for detailed information before placing an order.

Online returns

We hope you’re happy with your purchase, but if you need to make a return, here’s how it works:

How to Make a Return

If you wish to return an item, email us at team@meadowweb.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

For international returns, you must go through us — we will issue a return shipping label and handle all customs documentation.

This ensures that the package is properly declared and arrives safely with us.

The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We cannot accept returns sent without our label or proper customs paperwork, as these will result in import charges and will be refused upon delivery.

Returns can also be made in-store.

Once you have notified us of your return, you have a further 14 days to send the items back to us.

Return Conditions

• Processing of returns can take up to 7 working days once received.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

• Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and with all original tags attached.

• Shoes must be returned in their original packaging.

• Returns outside the 14-day window will not be accepted.

Faulty Items

If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please contact us at team@meadowweb.com.

If the item is deemed faulty upon inspection, we will offer:

• A replacement (if available), or

• A full refund, including original and return shipping costs.

Refunds

• Refunds to debit/credit cards are processed within 1–2 business days after approval.

• PayPal refunds may take up to 30 days, depending on PayPal’s policies.

Important Notes

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except for faulty items).

International customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of wear or use.

Returns sent without our return label will be refused to avoid unnecessary import fees.

• Styling returns or excessive return behavior may result in future orders being declined.
